Enjoy my assignment day

It's been a quite long time I am not writing anything in here. Besides two weeks ago I have my winter trip to Berlin (Germany), Prague (Chezch Republic), Nurenberg (Germany) and Munster (Germany), I also busy with my assignment. Yes, even though I was far away from Indonesia and some of my friends think that I will have a lot of time to travel around Europe but in the real life, I need to struggle to make it balance. 

before you decide to study abroad, you need to set your priority, what is your purpose to come to another country? 

First time I arrived in this city, everything still looks so beautiful hahha... every week, at least, I always travel around this country, just to enjoy my weekend vrij train card (one of promotion for travelling by train around Netherland). But now, at this moment (Saturday night), I just stay in my room to finish my assignment haaha.. :) 

if you can finish your assignment now, just do it..don't wait until the deadline comes because there will another deadline 

For me, this is just a process. I just need to pass it and enjoy to do it because at the end you will miss all these things happen in the future. Some of my classmates always say negative things, such as the assignments are too much, our deadline is too closed, bla..bla.. Remember, just ignore it. because if you start to hear that, your brain will start to accept it and can't corporate with you. 

Negative thinking will end with negative result, try to be positive and just do it

The biggest enemy is how to deal with yourself actually. For example, I need to control myself not to search flight promotion or find new city to visit, I love to sleep very much, it easy for me to fall sleep if I am in the middle doing my assignment and sometimes I can't reject someone's invitation.

Once more, set your priority!

Fix, I'm jealous

no..no..it's not about love, man or anything you name it. It just my feeling after I read an article about people who can change their neighborhood with their power, their thinking and they start it by their-self. I hope it can called Positive jealous...

What is positive jealous? well, that's only my theory about jealousy. before I talk more about this kind of jealousy, I want to share about jealous in my opinion. Jealous..We can't avoid this feeling in our life. It sounds that jealous already our part of life, our-self and it can be danger if you have negative jealous in your life. Well, yeah for me there are two kinds of jealous (maybe it's only my theory but let me try to explain first). Negative jealous start from the feeling that you want get what people have even-though you already have it but you didn't realize it. You think that people very lucky than you and you will do anything to grab or take that from them. Negative side is you can't control this feeling and you will do unrealistic things or you just mumbling, blame and compare others condition with yours. And trust me, this feeling make you won't grow up and you just stuck in one place. People need to move and learn from the process.

Positive jealous means that you have feeling want to be a person that you adore because of their ability, knowledge, capacity, etc. And you have a motivation to do that. Positive jealous will give a positive result. because it will give positive impact to neighborhood. And I believe that this positive jealous encourage me to do something. but I am not really confidence, can I do it? 

There are a lot of dreams that I want to do especially about street children and poverty people. I want to facilitate place to educate children become creative, independent and has good characteristic. And educate the parents become an entrepreneur and has another ability to looking for money to continue their life.

Well..at the end, I hope one day I can be that person who can give something to my neighborhood. Simple dream for several people but it's a big thing to achieve for me..

Selama kerja di kantor sekarang gw menerapkan datang dan pulang tepat pada waktunya. Alhamdulillah peraturan mengenai jam kerja lebih fleksibel di kantor sekarang which is jika datang lebih cepat, kita diperbolehkan pulang lebih cepat juga (yang penting kerja 8 jam). Begitu pun pada hari Jumat, tgl. 30 Maret 2012, gw pulang ke rumah jam 5 tepat, tanpa menghiraukan pekerjaan yang menurut saya masih bisa menunggu, bahkan tentang hasil kompetisi yang sudah lama berlalu, malah sempat berfikir kompetisi itu sudah hilang kelanjutannya dan tidak mungkin seorang "gw" bisa mendapat kesempatan *secara yang ikutan dari satu kantor kebanyakan senior dan punya jabatan, tentunya dengan cerita yang tidak kalah menginspirasi bagi orang lain*

seperti biasa aktifitas yang dilakukan setiba di meja kerja adalah membuka email. karena khawatir ada email penting yang masuk pas saya sudah pulang di hari Jumat. Email pun masuk satu persatu. Dan kebiasaan gw adalah mendahulukan membaca email dari pengirim yang "penting" menurut gw. Dan pada pagi itu, mata gw tertuju pada salah satu email dari pengirim yang tak gw kenal dengan nama pengirim yang aneh. Ketika gw buka tulisan dengan gambar kemenangan dan Golden Ticket terpampang manis dan retetan tulisan yang berisikan;

Bacanya saja setengah tak percaya. Merinding sambil baca lagi dan lagi secara perlahan. Dan untuk meyakinkan diri memanggil teman yang duduk di sebelah untuk membaca dan meyakinkan gw bahwa itu memang email untuk gw. Berkali-kali gw cek alamat email yang dituju apakah memang untuk gw (maklum gw sering menerima email nyasar yang namanya rada mirip sama gw). Dan seketika seisi kantor pun heboh dengan email yang gw terima itu. Karena secara official General Manager bule menghampiri gw say "Congratulation" secara personal. OMG!!!! I Can't Believe it ^o^ *setengah nari, setengah loncat, setengah teriak*

Dan sampai sekarang pun kalau inget lagi, masih ngga percaya apalagi gw bakal nonton Olympiade yang tiketnya saja susah didapat sama warga UK sendiri. sujud syukur sama Allah pas dapat kabar ini. Allah memang Maha Kuasa, Maha Segalanya yang memberikan rejeki tanpa ada pemberitahuan.

Kalo dilihat dari judulnya udah kaya pemilihan Indonesian Idol yang lagi semarak diadakan di Indonesia tercinta dalam kontes pemilihan penyanyi berbakat. Tapi Golden Ticket ini beda, bukan hadiah dalam rangka kontes nyanyi-nyanyian tapi kontes menominasikan seseorang atau diri sendiri yang dapat menginsiprasi orang lain...

Kontes ini tepatnya bukan untuk umum sih cuma untuk kalangan karyawan. gw pun awalnya ngga tau kalo ngga terima email dari sekretaris general manager. Isi emailnya berupa reminder tentang deadline di tutupnya kompetisi ini, yang di dalam email itu ada cara untuk mendapatkan Golden Ticket itu, isinya....

"Please describe in 150 words or less how you can inspired them through demonstrating the shared GSK and Olympic ideals of INTEGRITY, EQUALITY, FRIENDSHIP and EXCELLENCE"

mm..150 kata..itu yang terbenak dalam pikiran gw..bisa ngga yah cerita dalam jumlah yang sudah ditentukan?? (secara gw suka bercerita panjang lebar *huft*)...okey, kita pikirkan nanti untuk jumlahnya, kan nantinya bisa di edit yang mana sekiranya penting untuk di publish..let's go to the prize...the real Golden Ticket..

Olympic Games Experiences will comprise of a 2 night hotel stay in London, hospitality, meals, transport to the Games and tickets to 2 Olympic events. The exception is those winners chosen to attend the Opening Ceremony event where the hotel stay will be 1 night and they also attend a sporting event on the morning of the 28th July. All travel, accomodation and expenses will be covered by GSK as part of their London 2012 Olympic Games Experience.

*Speechless* is it real London?? Watch a Olympic Games! aarghhh!!!! I wanna this badly..itu yang ada dipikiran gw, di otak gw!! tapi nulis apa? dari diri gw ini apa yang bisa menginspirasi orang lain? sekelibatan pertanyaan masuk ke otak gw secara berhamburan. Tak sabar gw cek website untuk lihat siapa saja yang sudah mendaftar, urghh, They have a great stories and of course so inspiring me and others...musuh pesimis mulai memasuki diri gw, menggrogoti tingkat kepercayaan diri gw untuk tidak mengikuti kompetisi ini. Tapi gw mau coba, ini mimpi gw untuk bisa pergi ke negara, trus Penyelamat Pikiran mulai beraksi mendorong gw untuk mengikuti kontes ini "hei, apa salahnya nulis 150 kata, submit lewat email juga? tidak ada yang dirugikan bukan? tidak mengeluarkan biaya apapun bukan? You just need to think what should you write about your experience, give your little time to write it and submit it!" okey..okey..gw mulai bersahabat dengan pikiran gw..mereka seperti bekerja sama untuk mendukung gw mengikuti kontes ini...tapi apa yang mau ditulis...yang menggambarkan salah satu dari empat pilar penting itu.. mm...FRIENDSHIP, I think is good idea, beside it is the familiar thing and very close to me..dan pengalaman yang paling dekat dan sangat membawa semangat olympiade...acara Charity yang pernah gw sama siSTers adakan di Rumah Autis..okey..semua konsep sudah kekumpul and here's my story about...

I'm a person who’s strong motivation to complete my task, cheerful and respect to others. Recently I organized a social activity or charity with my community by collecting some donation for Autistic children. The mission is to fulfil their needs of some equipment in order to make them more independent. Some of the items are painting tools, washing machines, etc. I also invites the colleagues to involve in this event and to show them that Autistic children are just about the same like others who need to be taken care of, to have interaction and to share. I made the charity by a simple way, by creating a simple advertisement and spread it out by email, broadcast messages and also by asking them directly. The campaign collected more than 50 million (around £3,000). With this amount of donation, it can manage the branches elsewhere.

Someone said "Life is a choice". Kalau kita tidak berani mengambil keputusan dalam hidup kita, maka kita akan selalu berada di tempat yang sama, tanpa merasakan adanya perubahan. Secara raga mungkin bisa kita dibilang sedang menjalani kehidupan; melangkah, berbicara, bernapas dan kegiatan lainnya yang menyatakan kita memang makhluk hidup. tapi apakaha jiwa kita sama??
Untuk saya pribadi, setuju dengan ungkapan itu. jika saya tidak mengambil pilihan atau berani melangkah, saya mungkin akan berada di tempat yang sama. dan pastinya sangat membosankan dan akhirnya jiwa saya kosong, seperti tidak memiliki keinginan yang akan saya capai.
Namun saya juga sama dengan manusia lain. setiap keputusan yang saya ambil tidak selamanya berjalan dengan sempurna, kadang malah menyesali dengan keputusan yang sudah diambil. Tapi disitulah seni-nya. Dari pilihan dan keputusan yang telah kita ambil, kita jadi lebih kaya dalam menghadapi dan lebih menikmati melewati kehidupan kita sendiri. Saat ini, saya telah mengambil satu keputusan akan pilihan yang ada dalam hidup saya. saya tidak pernah tahu apakah ini yang terbaik atau sebaliknya. tapi saya yakin, suatu saat keputusan ini akan mewarnai kehidupan saya secara utuh. cuma satu yag dibutuhkan sebenarnya; keberanian untuk keluar dari "zona aman" dan merubah suatu hal untuk masa depan kita yang baru. gw lagi suka banged ma lagunya Jai ho..sebenernya sey ni lagu udah lama banged. pokoknya pas jaman2nya film slumdog millionare keluar dech. udah suka dari dulu sey tapi ngga gimana2 dan setelah gw nonton ntu DVDnya bulan laluan terus mulai meresapi film dan lagunya, kena banged..easy listening dan nge-beat banged. apalagi kalo lagi suntuk terus nyetel ni lagu gede2 sambil loncat2an, DAPET BANGED DECH FEELNYA!!!!!!
